Cicerón

What it is

Cicerón is a second legal brain for the criminal lawyer: it reads your entire case file and reasons with you. It is not a search engine or a generic chatbot: it indexes every page of the case file (filings, police reports, expert reports, recordings) and answers anchored to what is on the case record, not to what a model “remembers”.

It cross-references the facts with the law and the case law of the Spanish Supreme Court (Tribunal Supremo), the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and CENDOJ, and gives it back to you with a verifiable citation. It prepares statements, fits the facts to the criminal offense and anticipates the prosecution’s theory. It is built for a single trade: criminal and economic-crime defense.

• Verifiable case law

  Every citation from the Supreme Court, the ECtHR, CENDOJ or the BOE (Spain’s official gazette) is checked against the documentation read in that same query. Any that is not in the source is flagged for you.

• The prosecutor’s view

  An adversarial review pass reasons like the prosecution: where it will attack you, what evidence is missing and how to fortify the defense theory.

• Statement preparation

  An examination and cross-examination dossier built from the case file: a battery of questions, contradictions to exploit and the witness’s risk points.

• Offense-element tables

  The facts mapped onto the criminal offense, element by element: what is met, what is arguable and where the defense has room to maneuver.

• Deadlines and updates

  It monitors procedural deadlines and tracks the BOE and the news relevant to your cases. And on Telegram, briefings and queries from your phone.

• Your sources

  It connects to the legal database you already subscribe to (vLex and Iberley can be connected; Aranzadi/Westlaw, La Ley and Tirant are coming soon), alongside the BOE, CENDOJ and the ECtHR.

• Law firm privacy

  Encryption per case file, isolation per law firm, pseudonymization before the AI, processing in the European Union, and your filings do not train any model.
