Obrum Suite

What it is

Obrum Suite is ObraSmart Pro’s accounting and job cost control platform. It collects your company’s invoices, hours and payroll and allocates them across your jobs: at the end of the month there is nothing to reconstruct; it is already allocated.

Expenses come in (materials, rentals, fuel) with a photo, assigned to their job. Hours come in: who was there, where and for how long. And the real cost comes out, materials plus labor, while the job is still open.

Obrum Suite keeps track of the spending on your jobs, but it does not issue invoices or create quotes: ObraSmart Pro, its sister app, does that. The two work together: what you invoice there appears here, allocated across your jobs, without entering it again.

What it does

• Take a photo and it’s saved

  Supplier, number, date, net amount, VAT (IVA) and total are extracted automatically: from the PDF invoice that arrives by email, the photo of a delivery note or a crumpled receipt. Anything unclear is flagged in amber instead of being made up, and you correct it before saving.

• Each invoice, on its job

  You assign the invoice to the job and it already counts toward its cost. A filter shows you the ones left unassigned, so none gets forgotten at quarter end.

• Each person’s hours, on the job they worked

  One screen per day: you pick the person and split their hours across the jobs where they worked. The next day is copied from the previous one, and if someone has hours left without a job, a warning appears.

• Payroll is split automatically

  Upload the PDF of the month’s payslips and they are read. Each person’s total cost to the company (gross pay plus employer Social Security contributions, not net pay) is allocated across the jobs in proportion to the hours.

• The paperwork, always findable

  The original opens from the invoice. If there is no document, a sheet is generated that says so clearly; and if the file storage does not respond, the app says it could not check, never that your invoice has no document.

• What your tax and accounting advisor asks for

  Invoice ledger by quarter, issued and received, exported to CSV or PDF, plus per-job reports with labor costs already allocated.
